Frequently Asked
Questions
What is Tailormade Payment Plans?
Tailormade Payment Plans is a third-party administrator that deals with car dealerships and mortgage companies across the United States. We specialize in the ACH process in order to help with the convenience of paying and the budgeting process of managing the two largest purchases most people make.
Who is actually taking money out of my account?
We have partnered with Marion State Bank. Marion State Bank is a nationally recognized financial institution that is federally insured and licensed under ACH Rules and regulations according to NATCHA.
How do I know when they will debit my account?
Our system will generate a text and email to the consumer before any ACH transaction occurs.
How does it pay my mortgage off early?
When following the Tailormade specific payment schedule and paying bi-weekly, you make extra payments. By paying twice a month with additional funds added to your note, these extra funds are applied to your principal.
How do I know my personal information is secure?
We encrypt all personal data with the latest SSL technologies. Your private information is only used for lender account verification and bank debits. Bank information is only transmitted according to strict guidelines required by financial institutions. Please read our privacy policy for more details.
Can anyone do this?
Yes. However, consumer history surveys have shown that most consumers do not apply this principal to their monthly obligations. Tailormade Payment Plan makes this principal convenient and easy to budget for the consumer.
How do I save money with this program?
By paying extra funds or payments with Tailormade Payment Plan, using a specific payment schedule toward your principal will save interest and will put you in a better trade and/or pay-off position as opposed to traditional finance payments.
What if I move homes early?
Simply call 877-697-2533 and have any future debits cancelled.
